Cons: There was bugs in my bed and when I told the attendant they said it’s normal to have bugs in the room because they come from the river and that their homes are Infested with bugs. I understand that but I do not agree with bugs on my bed no matter what kind of bug I have a video and pictures of them it can be dangerous for a baby or a child if one of these “non harmful” bugs get inside the ears of mouths. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s not a nice experience to know your “sleeping” with bugs I didn’t sleep all night I didn’t want bugs on me while I slept so needless to say it was not relaxing at all . I was in room 246

Cons: Was horrible could not sleep. Bugs all in room and in bed. When I mentioned to front desk. Response was I have them at my house too. Customer service awful. At least could of refunded my room since I couldn’t sleep with bugs in bed. Never stay here again

Pros: Loved your friendly staff. Excellent lounge with great music. Great prices in your gift shop. I bought several souvenirs. Pet friendly is a plus
Cons: Large black widow spider with a large web located on the small love seat by the window. Dusty and dirty. There were small spiders behind and around the bed. The bathroom and sink area smelled like a dirty mildew oder. Lock on door did not seem secure. Heard a dog bark continuously in a nearby room.
